A successful working life over the long haul often means accepting that nothing is as constant as change. This popular workshop presentation has been received well by corporations and business organizations for its unique strategies and original concepts. Participants will walk through the tools for mining treasures in a today's changing workplace. Participants will learn how to manage change through Adele’s unique and popular D.I.A.M.O.N.D. design. This workshop focuses on employees being 'mining opportunists' for change and include a specially designed personality GEM assessment, identifying workplace stressors and how they affect our capacity to cope with change and taking care of ourselves during the transition process.

Mining Tools for Effective Communication - Getting your Message Across and your Voice Heard in the Workplace

More and more emphasis is being placed on effective communication in the workplace. Sometimes it stands in the way of one’s career development. Canada’s Diamond Coach, Adele Alfano an award-winning speaker, will illustrate how communicating effectively is becoming more important in our professional and personal lives.
